CabinetManager is now fully certified and integrated with Egnyte. Built for security, scale, and field teams, the platform is listed in the Egnyte App Store and ready for global rollout. Discover what this means for technical teams across industries.
As of today, CabinetManager is globally integrable with any organization using Egnyte. From the earliest concept of CabinetManager, Egnyte has been our trusted cloud partner, a deliberate choice rooted in security, scalability, and field-ready performance.
That partnership has now evolved into a fully certified integration, officially recognized by Egnyte for its security, compliance, and technical alignment.
CabinetManager is now listed as a partner application in the Egnyte App Store.
From the very beginning of the CabinetManager concept, security was a top priority for me. Technical documentation is, by nature, highly sensitive. That means full control over who can view, access, edit, and complete traceability of every change is absolutely essential.I’m genuinely glad our paths crossed with Egnyte back in 2019. It was immediately clear we shared the same values around secure collaboration, and we didn’t hesitate to make Egnyte part of our core."
"What started as a maintenance platform under LightStream’s Digitalisation As A Service (D.A.A.S) offering quickly evolved. Market demand showed us that CabinetManager needed to become a standalone product. It now enables not just LightStream, but also engineering firms, maintenance providers, and industrial companies to take control of their installation documentation."
Dylan Caufrier, CEO of LightStream
The certified Egnyte integration marks a major milestone for CabinetManager, but it is only the beginning.
With our technical base secured and field-ready, we are now scaling CabinetManager internationally. Earlier this year, we crossed the Atlantic for our first US trade mission during the Automate Show in Detroit, bringing CabinetManager to an entirely new audience of industrial innovators.
The response? Clear. There is a growing need for secure, technician-friendly solutions that bring structure to technical documentation without the friction of outdated tools.
Today, the first Proof of Concepts (POCs) with US-based companies are already in preparation. These early-stage projects are the starting point for deeper collaborations, and we have scheduled several follow-up visits to support setup, training, and roll-out.
Being present online in the States is not enough. We are currently exploring how to establish a physical presence on the ground. This will become more tangible in the coming years, with plans taking shape for 2026 and 2027.
With Egnyte as our certified partner, we have the trust and infrastructure needed to grow internationally. The US is only the first step. CabinetManager is ready to support field teams wherever they are, with the same level of structure, security, and control they expect at home.”

From day one, CabinetManager was designed to scale. And we are just getting started.
CabinetManager is more than just a product. It is a modular platform designed to fit seamlessly into the tools and workflows companies already trust.
By design, CabinetManager connects with best-in-class solutions like Egnyte, enabling teams to manage technical documentation with full control over access, versioning, and compliance, while keeping everything within their preferred cloud ecosystem.
This open architecture is what makes CabinetManager particularly attractive to international engineering and maintenance companies. Whether they work with internal teams or external contractors, they can easily connect CabinetManager to the platforms they already use — from file storage and BIM, to AR tools and IoT-driven monitoring.
With dedicated modules such as FieldLedger (for field procedures), HeatLedger (for thermal imaging and diagnostics), and deep integrations with platforms like Egnyte, CabinetManager evolves with the needs of each organization.
CabinetManager doesn't replace your ecosystem. It strengthens it, giving your technical teams one structured interface to work smarter, faster, and safer.
At the core of both CabinetManager and Egnyte lies a shared commitment: enabling secure, reliable, and technician-friendly digital workflows that go far beyond traditional document management.
That commitment starts with security.
Not just at the level of cloud infrastructure or file access, but deep into the daily reality of technical teams. CabinetManager, powered by Egnyte’s enterprise-grade control framework, ensures that every document is protected, traceable, and only accessible to the right people — anytime and anywhere.
But security does not stop with data.
Field safety is just as critical. That is why CabinetManager continues to innovate beyond the screen, integrating emerging technologies that protect technicians on the job.
Remote Assistance with AR, now available as part of CabinetManager, enables real-time support during field interventions. It offers hands-free guidance in complex situations. It is a breakthrough that remains unseen in the industry, combining cloud security with frontline safety.
Modules like FieldLedger already streamline on-site procedures, and future integrations such as HeatLedger will unlock thermal insights that detect risks before they become incidents.
It was about solving real problems for real people in the field. Today, with Egnyte, our partners, and our growing international network, we are turning that vision into reality
One technician, one installation, and one secure connection at a time.
Going digital is no longer optional. Going secure, scalable, and field-ready is the new standard.
